ARE THEY SAFE?
Prenatal vitamins have been known to cause certain side effects like headaches, nausea, intestinal cramps, constipation, diarrhea, indigestion, heartburn, muscle aches and pains, fatigue, gas or belching, metallic taste, insomnia, ringing in the ears (tinnitus), yellow-orange discoloration of the urine, and loss of appetite. Toxic Prenatals
It seems your synthetic prenatals may do even more harm than sucking your secondary nutrient reserves. Doctor Chong’s article sites studies showing that your body treats these isolated and synthetic nutrients like foreign substances that force themselves around your body like drugs. Of course, any “foreign substance” is toxic to your body and your baby on some level, but today’s definitions of drugs all come with known side effects.     Those that are pregnant might want to check this out. I took Zija while I was pregnant and kept having miscarriages. It wasn't until I stopped taking ZIJA that I could finally carry full term.
